Shelby Jean (Sapp) Watkins

Shelby Jean Watkins, 70 of Parkview, went  with  the angels on Sunday, February 18, 2018 with her loving family by her side. She was born February 14, 1948 in Grafton,  daughter of the late James R. Sapp, Jr. and Edda Jean King Sapp, She is survived by her soul mate of 46 wonderful years together Paul E. Watkins, they were married November 6, 1971.

 Shelby was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and  great grandmother to her family. Her greatest joy was being with them and watching them grow up. She enjoyed crafts, scrapbooking, camping, and shopping.

She is survived by two children, Brenda Jean Mikolon, and James Paul Watkins and wife JoAnna both of Grafton; six grandchildren, Korey and wife Samantha, Elizabeth and husband Justin, Jennifer, James “Mikey” and wife Teala, Kodey and fiance’ Jennifer,and  Jessica; three great grandchildren, Noah, Evan, Lydiah, and “Rory” on the way; one brother, Donald G. Sapp and wife Vickie, Grafton.

Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm. Friday, February 23, 2018 at Bartlett Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Priestley officiating. Interment will follow at the West Virginia National Cemetery.
