Ruth Ann Gillespie

Ruth Ann Gillespie, 83, of Grafton, passed away at the home of her Donna Bramer, Fairmont, on Thursday, December 19, 2019. She was born March 19, 1936. Ruth was raised by James and Goldie Shaffer,  she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hugh Gillespie, August 9, 2012.

Ruth enjoyed being with her family and friends, loved butterflies, humming birds, trains, cutting grass, flowers, and gardening.

She is survived by two daughters. Johnna Beth Exline and husband Robert, Martinsburg, Donna Katsan-Bramer and husband Douglas, Farimont, four grandsons, Adam R. Exline and Companion Shaunna,  Joshua J. Exline and Companion Sarah, Alex M. Katsan, James D. Katsan and wife Christy, one great grandson, Dakota Katsan, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband she was preceded indeath by one brother, Dale Austin, two sisters, Bethel Roach, and Opal Bonner.

Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. on  Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 3-7PM and on Monday, December 23, 2019 until the funeral hour at 11:00AM with  Evangelistis officiating.
