Robert Paul “Bobby” Fisher 48 of Dade City, FL and Cookeville, TN and formerly of Grafton, WV passed away May 1, 2018 at the Hospice Care Center in Zephyrhills, Fl. He was born January 5, 1970, son of Barbara Fisher Auvil who resides in Dade City, FL in the winter and Cookeville, TN in the summer and his father Bob Davis and wife Melanie of Independence. Bobby graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 1988 where he played Varsity Basketball and won the Golden Hammer Award in building construction. He was a veteran in the US Army where he served for six years. He liked to watch basketball and football. Bobby enjoyed visiting with the neighbors in the Morningside RV Estates in Florida. He enjoyed meeting new people and would talk to anyone. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Katlyn Fitzgerald and husband Alex, Andrea Fisher and companion Anthony all of Massillon, OH; two grandchildren, Gavin Fisher and Kinsley Fitzgerald; grandmother, Betty Coffman, Grafton; stepsister, Juli Vakula and husband Ed of Lapeer, MI; uncle, Eddie Fisher of SC; several aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends. He was preceded in death by stepfather, John Auvil; maternal grandmother, Delores Kincaid Fisher Johnson; maternal grandfather, Edward Fisher, paternal grandfather, Harold Davis; aunts, Vicki Johnson, Carol Fisher Hupp Haller; uncle, Frank Fisher and special friend Bud Lee. Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave, Grafton, on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 2-7pm and on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 9:00 am until the funeral hour at 11:00 am with Lay Speaker Carl Bartlett officiating. Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery. Military honors will be accorded by the VFW Memorial City Post #3081, American Legion Taylor Post #12, Central WV DAV Chapter 24 and their auxiliaries, and the Marines Corps.
