Rev. Clyde Autry Reid

Rev. Clyde Autry Reid, 75 of Grafton, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 17, 2018 with is wife by his side. He was born August 29, 1942 in Tallmansville, WV, son of the late Rev. Carl and  Marjorie Ellen Snider Reid. He is survived by his wife  of 37 years,Teresa Mayle Reid, they were married April 5, 1980.

Clyde graduated  from Flemington High School, worked at Grafton City Hospital, Myers Clinc. He loved his Lord. Clyde like to watch westerns, travel, listen to gospel music, and talking with his many friends.

He is survived by two children, Timothy James Reid and Diane Reid both of Clarksburg, five grandchilren, five sisters, Rose Taylor and companion Norman Davis, Grafton, Audra Penrod, Morgantown, Ramona Richman and husband, Larry Arthurdale, June Michaels, Wickwire, Charlotte Dandrea and husband Nick, Phoeinx, AR; two brothers, William Reid and James Reid both of Grafton, several brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews. 

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Fox; two brothers, Porter Guy Reed and Richard Reid.

Family and friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home on Monday, February 19, 2018 from 2-8PM and on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church from 9:00am until time of service at 11:00am with Rev. Troy McCartney officiating. Interment will follow at the Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
