Mary Virginia (Isner) Hulley

Mary Virginia Hulley, 93, of Grafton, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Grafton City Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born April 10, 1925, in Grafton, a daughter of the late James William and Mary Margaret Poling Isner. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hulley, Jr. on September 6, 1990.

Virginia graduatedfrom Grafton High School Class of 1943.She loved to cook for her family and especially for her grandchldren. Virginia enjoyed making quilts and working in the church.

She is survived by one son, Mike Hulley and wife Marlene, Grafton, eleven grandchildren, Alan Hulley and wife Bonnie, Kelly Hulley, Bethany Hulley, Rebekah Hulley, Elizabeth Hulley, Rachel Hulley, Jonathan Hulley, Ruth Ann Hulley, Karis Hulley, Mary Hulley, James Hulley, three great grandchildren, Reagan Olivia Hulley, Kamden Ascher Hulley, Landen Walker Hulley, one daughter-in-law, Ann Hulley, TX; four nieces and nephews, Fred and Donna Isner, Becky and Mike Willis, Sheryl Isner, and Sherry Isner.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Mark Hulley, two sisters, Sarah Isner, and Margaret Isner; four brothers, Hayward Isner, Jed Isner, Charles Isner, Paul Isner; four nephews, Paul Isner, Jim Isner, John Isner and Richard Isner.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00PM on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the West Virginia National Cemetery with her grandson Rev. Alan Hulley officiating. Interement will follow at the WV National Cemetery.
