John Garry Thompson, Jr. 51 of Parkview passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 at United Hospital Center, Bridgeport. He was born in Grafton, February 2, 1966, a son of the late John Garry Thompson, Sr. and is survived by his mother Caroletta Davis Thompson, Laurel, DE.
He was a truck driver for Fed Ex. John enjoyed his granddaughter, and playing with his dog “Jasper” and working on old cars and loved to be outdoors.
John is survived by his loving wife, Mariann Ford Thompson, Grafton, three children; Brittney Thompson, Clarksburg, John Michael Thompson and wife Rachael, Grafton, Courtney Thompson, Grafton, one granddaughter, Natalie Dawn Thompson, and a grandson on the way, Elijah Thompson. One sister, Caprice Hitch and husband Mark, Laurel, DE. and several nieces and nephews.
At his request, he will be cremated. And private interment at a later date.
