Ida Mae Keener Trader, 88 of Jensen Beach, FL, formerly of Grafton, passed away August 27, 2017, She was born March 23, 1929 in Richwood, WV, daughter of the late Raymond and Ida Lee Sparks Keener. She was preceded death by her husband George Edward Trader, October 16, 2016.
Retired from Woodbridge High Scool, Virginia as Assistant Manager of Kitchen and Cook known for her morning cinnamon rolls for the kids, she loved cooking and baking and making desserts, going out with her many friends for lunch. Like her husband she loved fishing, hunting , and spending time with her family and friends.
Ida is survived by one son; George M. Trader and wife Virginia, Orlando, FL, two grandchildren, Michael McInteer, DC, Erin Kay Trader, FL., four great grandchildren one brother; Raymond (Bud) Keener and wife Mary Agnes, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, and husband, she was preceded in death by her daugher, Nancy Trader McInteer, one sister, Margaret Keener Snodgrass, one brother, Harold W. W. Keener
A celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at Bluemont Cemetery, for George and Ida Trader, services will be held at the Bluemont Cemetery on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 1:00 PM with Chaplain Randy Jennings officiating. Interment will follow at Bluemont Cemetery.
