Evelyn Lorraine (Shroyer) Cooper

Evelyn Lorraine Shroyer Cooper, 83 of Grafton passed away, Sunday, November 17, 2019 at Grafton City Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born in Grafton on August 8, 1936, daughter of the late Robert L. and Hilda G. Pirone Shroyer. She was married fifty four wonderful years to Hayward W. Cooper who preceded her in death on January 14, 2014.

Evelyn graduated from Grafton High School Class of 1954. She enjoyed watching Judge Judy, working jig saw puzzles, and loved being a homemaker taking care of her family.

She is survived by three children, Charles D. “Chuck” Cooper, Fairmont, Carl R. Cooper and wife Kathy, Grafton, Joyce E. Cooper-Phillips and husband Mike, Grafton; two grandchildren, Michael C. Workman and wife Sarah, Grafton, and Joshua R. Cooper, Grafton; one sister, Lola Ferguson, Clarksburg; one sister-in-law; Martha Louise Harris, FL; and her beloved cats, Marcel and Gracie Marie; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert A. Shroyer; one sister-in-law, Marlene Cooper Sprigg

Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 3-8PM and on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 9:00AM until the time of the funeral hour at 11:00AM. with Rev.
