Donald Lee Hoover,Sr. 82 of Grafton, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at Rosewood Nursing Care Center. He was born in French Creek, WV. Ocotober 29, 1935, a son of the late Claude A. and Opal Alice Arbogast Hoover.

He was Superintendent Project Manger for Power Lines, at Hoosiers Engineering,

Was an avid WVU fan.

Donald is survived by two sons; Donald L. Hoover, Jr. and Shawn M. Hoover both of Grafton, and their Mother, Dana Hoover, Grafton, two grandsons, Nathan Hoover, Caleb Hoover, Grafton, one sister, Nancy Lucas, FL.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, five sisters, Helen Newcome, Maxine Hoover, Mae Goff, Louise Stutler, Daisey Hoover, three brothers, Burl V. Hoover, Tom Hoover, Buddy Hoover.

At his request, he will be cremated. And private interment at a later date.
