Debra Darlene Haddix, 63 of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Grafton, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at her residence. She was born February 4, 1955 at Grafton City Hospital, daughter of Grace “Darlene” Plott Haddix of Grafton and the late Floyd “Dale” Haddix who passed January 9, 2012. Debra graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 1973. She worked for CSX for over thirty five years, first in Grafton, then moving to LaVale, MD, on to Pittsburgh, PA and finished in Jacksonville, FL. She was known to many at work as the Party Planner, from holidays, birthdays to retirements, she handled it all. Debra was a HUGE Pittsburgh Steelers Fan and was part of a Fan Club in Jacksonville that got together to watch all the games. Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting and crafts. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one sister, Diana Davis and husband Tim, Grafton; two nephews, Jimmy Davis and Matt Davis, both of Charleston, WV; one niece, Amanda “Mandy” Loud and husband Mark, Fairmont; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may call Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave, Grafton, on Saturday, August 25 from 11am until time of service at 1:00pm with Evangelist Ken Mick officiating.
