Vickie Ann James

Vickie Ann James, 64 of Grafton passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Picayune, Mississippi, on May 5, 1959, daughter of the late Henry Lee and Janie Gregory James. Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Alan Miller.

Vickie enjoyed being in the outdoors and all the different seasons. Vickie worked at Big Daddy’s for many years and made lots good friends while being there. She enjoyed relaxing while reading a good book, watching television especially Law and Order and HGTV. Vickie enjoyed her friends and having a good beer with them every now and then. She loved her family and considered each of them her greatest blessings.

Vickie is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Daigle, LA.; three grandchildren, Tori Daigle (Michael), Shae Adams (Liz), Trevor Adams (Lexie); three great grandchildren, Connor Warnick, Bryson Adams, Oliver Adams; her friends at Big Daddy’s; and her furry companions, Tootsie, and Shiner.

In addition to her parents, Vickie is preceded in death by one brother, Greg James.

Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw., Grafton, on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM.
