James Kirk Haddix

James Kirk Haddix, 28 of Grafton passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024 as a result of an automobile accident. James was born February 27, 1995 to his mother, Stacy Gale Smith Setler and husband Derek and father F. Jimmy Haddix and wife Janet.

James graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 2014. He worked for Pennline and Tri-County Electric. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and playing pool. His love was spending time with his daughter, family and friends.

James is survived by one daughter, Hadley Brooke Haddix; one sister, Mackenzie Haddix; two brothers, Ricky McGinnis (Kae), Austin Haddix (Alex Collins); girlfriend, Samantha Norman and her daughter, Laken Dillon; grandparents, Lucinda Haddix, Patty Moyer, Gary Smith, Lec and Kim Flesher, John and Joy Deavers; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Floyd Junior Haddix.

Family and friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, WV., on Monday, February 26, 2024 from 4:00-800 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his Care Fund.
