Victoria "Vickie" Elaine Isner

Victoria "Vickie" Elaine Isner, 71, of Knottsville passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at United Hospital Center with her family by her side. She was born May 17, 1943 in Grafton, daughter of the late Herbert E and Thelma Ethel Stone Moore. Her husband, Lewis H. Isner, preceded her in death, December 4, 2001 and her son, Robert Lee Isner in January 5, 1978.
Vickie graduated from Grafton High School and retired from Grafton City Hospital. She attended Beulah Baptist Church. Vickie loved being outdoors, feeding the birds, and working in her flower gardens. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren which were the love of her life.
Surviving are four children, Karla Isner, Oak Grove, Lori Bokey and husband Stacy, Clarksburg, Joy Rugenstein and husband Tyson, IN; one son, Joseph Isner and wife Shannon, Grafton, six grandchildren, Christopher Pitman, Michael Pitman, Tyler Bokey, Kaylie Bokey, Bryce Isner, and Rayah Rugenstein, five sisters, Patty Snyder and husband Bob, Simpson, Becky Rosier, Webster, Brenda Turner, Sue Dean, Sylvia Totten, all of Grafton, three brothers, Ronald Moore and wife Donna, Millville, NJ, Donald R Moore and wife Chris, Simpson, and Paul L. Moore and wife Alesha, Grafton; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and son, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Larew and Fredda Kelley; one brother, Hubert "Bud" Moore.
Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, on Friday, August 1, 2014 from 4-8 PM and Saturday, August 2, 2014, from 9:00am until time of service at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Richard McDonald officiating. Interment will follow at Woodsdale Memorial Park.
