Teri O'Nile Sevier

Teri O'Nile Sevier, 50, of Grafton, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, April 5, 1964, a daughter of William "Bill" E. McProuty and wife Mary "Tippy" who survives, and the late Edrie O'Nile Hannas McProuty. She is survived by her husband David Todd Sevier whom she married September 1, 1984.
She graduated from Grafton High School, Class of 1982. Teri enjoyed life to the fullest, her family and friends were very important to her. Jaxson was the joy of her life. Teri worked as an optometric technician at Complete Eye Care. She loved flowers, gardening and animals.
In addition to her father and husband, she is survived by one daughter, Courtney and husband Tim Hussion, Grafton, one grandson, Jaxson, Grafton, two brothers, William Kevin McProuty and companion Pat Weaver, Grafton, Timothy McProuty and wife Helen, Bowie, MD; one sister, Zoe Sayers and husband Walt, Bridgeport; father-in-law and mother-in-law, David and Darla Sevier, Grafton and David's mother, Betty Luzadder Sevier, several nieces and nephews, best friends, Syble Corio and the Sturms family.
Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, on Saturday from 2-8PM. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 3, 2014, at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Orville Wright officiating. Teri will lie in repose from 1:00 pm until time of service. Interment will follow at Bluemont Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Taylor County Humane Society, PO Box 4045, Grafton, WV 26354.
