Stephanie Michelle Maloney

Stephanie Maloney passed away September 19th 2015 at her mother's home in Bridgeport, WV. A long battle of drug addiction took the life of our daughter, sister, aunt and cousin. Stephanie's family is grieving but has full knowledge that she is finally at peace and she will be deeply missed by all who loved her. Stephanie was born October 8th, 1978 at Grafton City Hospital. Stephanie is survived by her mother Sherry Stansberry of Bridgeport WV, father Stephen Maloney of Farmington, WV, three sisters Sara, Kayla, and Catarena Maloney, beloved cousin Ann Palmer Lang, nieces Kendalyn, Jaylin, and Aralyn, nephew Brayden, several aunts and uncles. Stephanie is preceded in death by grandparents, Billie Ellis Maloney, Evelyn Catherine Maloney, Theodore Robert Stansberry, and Frances Louise Stansberry. Stephanie attended West Virginia University where she earned a BS degree in Psychology. Stephanie also was a Crisis Counselor in drug addiction, a social worker for the state of West Virginia, an abstractor for Oil and Gas, and lastly a guest service representative for TownePlace Suites by Marriot. Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 2-7PM and on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 9-until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM with Pastor Tom Horne officiating. Interment will follow at Bluemont Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her memory to Celebrate Recovery at the Clarksburg Baptist Church, 501 West Pike Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301.
