Nina L Rosier

Nina L. Rosier (nee Godwin), 81, of Avon, passed away Wed., July 1, 2015 at St. John Medical Center, Westlake. She was born April 4, 1934 in Philippi, West Virginia, and has lived in Avon for many years. She was a very active member of the Avon Church of God and conducted bible studies at several local nursing home for many years. She truly loved spending time with her Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren and had a great love for cats. She is survived by her husband of 62 years: Sanford G. Rosier, Sr.; Sons: Charles (Anita) Rosier of Palm Bay, FL and Sam (Becky) Rosier of Melbourne, FL; Daughters: Pam (Craig) Fox of Avon and Barbara Hendrickson of Sheffield Lake, Ohio; Son-In-Laws Bob Butti of Avon, Daughter-In-Law Bonnie Swisher of Grafton, West Virginia; Grandchildren: Craig Fox II, Shannon (Tim) Noch, Keith Rosier, Michael (Kristen) Hendrickson II, Kimberly (CJ) Bock, Kevin Hendrickson, Ashley Hendrickson, and Bryce Butti; Great-Grandchildren: Taylor, Elizabeth, Zoe, and Caroline. She was preceded in death by her parents Darl and Rachel Godwin, daughter: Roseanna "Ruthie" Butti, and sisters Darnell (Jimmy) Shackelford, Charlotte (Tony) Funkhoufer and Betty Boyce. Family will receive friends at the Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, West Virginia on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of parlor service at 12 noon with the Reverend Joseph A. Kelly, pastor of Avon Church of God, officiating. Interment will follow in West Virginia National Cemetery, Grafton, WV.
