Monna Lou Taylor

Monna Lou Taylor. Age 72, of Grafton, passed away on Monday October 12, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV, with her loving family at her side.
She was born in Arden, WV on October 30, 1942, a daughter of the late Lester and Gail Grace (nee Ryan) Taylor.
Lou retired from the State of West Virginia as manager of the State Unemployment Office in Fairmont, after 32 years of public service. She took pride in her work to help those looking to turn adversity into opportunities to improve their future. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from Fairmont State University. In her retirement, she took pleasure in her home, enjoying her yard and cooking. She was a member of the Grafton VFW 3081 Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by one son, Jeffrey Todd and wife, Lori (nee Buss) Stillman of Manassas, VA; one granddaughter, Grace Stillman and her companion of twenty-eight years, Mike Raschella. One brother, Phillip Taylor, of Arden, WV and one sister, Shirley Thomas, of Rapid City, SD, also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Taylor and Jack Poe; and one sister, Alberta Mace.
A Public Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
