Henry Lewis Boyce, 48, of Knottsville passed away at his residence Thursday, September1, 2016. He was born January 25, 1968 in Elyria, Ohio, son of the late Elbert "Eb" and Betty Jean Godwin Boyce.
Henry graduated from Grafton High School. He previously was the Fire Chief at Thornton Vol. Fire Department. He loved to go 4-Wheeler riding, and was always at his garage working to help people get their cars and trucks going.
He is survived by his fiancé, Lora Boylen, Grafton; one daughter, Tiffany Ellifritz Smith, Quiet Dell, WV; two brothers, Elbert Boyce and fiancé Rebecca Joseph, Grafton, Carl Tacy and wife Lana, Grafton; two sisters, Cindy Pinkerman and husband Charles, Catlettsburg, KY, Ashley Boyce, Grafton, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at Bartlett Funeral Home Grafton, on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 4-8PM. Graveside services will be on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 10:00AM at Woodsdale Memorial Park with Lay Minister, Jimmy Arnold officiating.
