Gladys Gertrude Mayle

Gladys Gertrude Mayle, age 86, of Clemtown, passed away Wednesday June 18, 2014, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 27, 1927 in Moatsville, WV, daughter of the late Dellett and Gertrude "Girth" Mayle Dalton. Her husband of sixty nine years, Versel "Dick" Mayle survives.
Gladys was a Homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She cherished her family and church. She was a member of the Pritchard Wesleyan Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, Gladys is survived by three children. Judy and Delmas Mayle, Webster, Joetta and Charles Komindo, Pruntytown, and Garry Mayle and Sue, East Canton, OH, seven grandchildren, Greg and Charlene Mayle, Aaron Mayle, Stephanie and Jeremy Beem, Nicholas and Whitney Mayle, Tiffany Mayle, and Matt Barker,Amber Komindo, and Crystal Komindo, eight great grandchildren, Lucas Heitz, Jacob Mayle, Sarah Mayle, Ethan Mayle, Ada Mayle, Frances Beem, Raelynn Mayle, Joelle Mayle, and five step-grandchildren; Nathan Himmelrick, Nicole Himmelrick, Brooke Ohler, Ethan Knop,Aaron Knop, two sisters; Garnet Parson, Canton OH, Fern Martin, Brookpark, OH, brother-in-law. Rev. Winfield and Kathleen Mayle, Bruecton Mills, two sister-in laws; Geraldine Mayle, Louisville OH, and Debbie Mayle, Massillon, OH and numerous nieces, nephews.
She was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother; Renzie Dalton, Mary Kennedy, Annis Male, Dalena Sheme, Sylvia Mayle, Larkie Mayle,
Friends may call at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, on Friday, June 20, 2014 from 3 PM-8 PM. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Pritchard Wesleyan Methodist Church with Rev. Paul Mullen, Rev. Terry Zimmerman, and Rev. Winfield Mayle officiating. Gladys will lie in repose at the church two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Prichard Cemetery.
