Doris Ann Corio

Doris Corio, age 88, of High Street, Grafton, went to be with the Lord , Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at her home, surrounded by her family . She was born February 18, 1928, in Patton, PA a daughter of the late Harry and Bertha Leary Jenkins. Married to her beloved husband Bruce Corio on August 28, 1948 and was married for 64 years. Bruce went to be with the Lord May 22, 2013
She worked at the National Auto and retired from the Shirt Factory. Was a lifetime member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, the Womens Guild. A faithful women of God and a praying Mother for her family and friends. Doris was also a member and past president of the Woodman of the World Society for many years. Graduated from Indiana High School Class 1948.
Doris is survived by four children, Rosalie Ewers and husband Chuck, Bob Corio, Marie Cunningham and husband Joe, and John Corio and wife Syble, all of Grafton, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and her special best friend, Pauline Stevens.
In addition to her parents and husband; she was preceded in death by, brothers Richard Jenkins, Jerry Jenkins, twin sister, Donna Lutz and Ester Louise Hilk and twin brothers died at birth. A special thank you for the care provided by Amedisys Hospice Care. And the Taylor County Senior Citizen.

There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Friday, September 30, 2016, at the St. Augustine Catholic Church, with Father Jim O'Connor as celebrant. Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery.
