Arthur Leatham Swinyer, 81 of Grafton passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at his residence. He was born December 4, 1935 in Saranac Lake, NY, a son of the late Arthur and Cecila Demerse Swinyer.
Arthur was a US Air Force Veteran, was a truck driver for Bender Loudon Motor Fgt.
At Arthur's wishes he will be cremated and interment will be at the Union Cemetery in Vermontville, NY.
